The purpose of this document is to explain how to register as a UKIHF member :- 1. As a new member 2. As a renewing member 3. As a member also registering children.

Where an attempt by a Club to recover debts has failed, that Club must report unresolved player debts on this form, which should be forwarded to the regional league committee. The committee will review each submission, and then either advise or attempt to resolve the issue regionally, or where that fails, report it to the UKIHF committee. The player may then be blacklisted and prevented from playing in any UKIHF event until the debt is cleared.
